Teaching our youth about safety and careers in EMS is a great way to do outreach!
Your local EMT's, Paramedics, RN's, and administrative staff of AMR San Joaquin County are more than just those that help your loved ones in times of need. We are a part of the community you live in, and support many aspects of it. We are involved in things like:
- Inland Coastal Clean-up - Every 15 Minutes Programs - Teaching CPR to your local fire departments and skilled nursing facilities - Participating in numerous Health and Career fairs at local schools, medical centers, and colleges - Promoting Drug Awareness for Red Ribbon Week

The Every 15 Minutes Programs are an important function in our community. AMR San Joaquin staffs these on a regular basis, usually starting in March. These are demonstrations, funded by the CHP, and the OTS. ...A simulated DUI crash, fire department extrication, ambulances and medical care, and most times, even a helicopter...
